Card Art Fun Evening
Tuesday the 4th of February
Time 7.30 to 10.00
When I was a child I loved looking through my Mum's
Birthday and Valentine Cards from my Dad
most of them has a satin fabric finish and were padded.
The ones I received over the years are buried some where in the attic, so this month, we are going to create a vintage style padded Valentine card, with one of the beautiful little Gold Cupids.
there are still a few places, email me or phone me to book in.

Some of today's cards
This was one of the all white cards I made last week,
which I updated by adding some pink for a 50th Birthday

40th Anniversary

70th Birthday

Valentines Day Card
The little gold cupid is one I made from the new Silicone mould I bought, there so easy to make, with air dry clay, then I sprayed them with florist gold paint.

Pink Valentine
The cameo and frame are resin, I got them on ebay,
but last week I bought 2 new cameo frames and 2 beautiful cameo moulds from Ebay.
I was just so sorry, I got them the day before, the beautiful range of silicone moulds were launched by
Katy Sue Designs Cake Decorating range,
their new moulds are just fantastic, with fantastic crisp detail.
I'll just have to save a few bob to get some of theirs next month.
I am just waiting on some new coloured clay I ordered to arrived, to have a go at the cameos and frames.
will share them once the clay arrives.
