Hi Ladies here are the cards we made at my class today
This card was named the present card, as you can see we wrapped ribbon around the front and back of the card to look like a wrapped gift, the image shows you the card flat. we added poinsettias to the front and the bow at the back, this card would look lovely sitting in front of a mirror, the main decoupage is from Crafts-u-print.
This is a large Easel card, made with 3 sheets of A4 card
the rest has some lovely snowflake punched shapes and gems,
the main image has a 3D bell and is from Crafts-u-print.
This was the easiest card we made today,
it has a lovely punched detail to the blue matting layer which is layered on silver card. and some white ribbon wrapped around the blue panel, its finished off with 2 four loop bows. the beautiful scalloped robin image is again from crafts-u-print. and its hard to see in the picture.
This was my favourite card today it took ages to complete, as there was so much cutting out to do, its an acetate encased collage Stepper card, with a beautiful winter scene enclosed in the acetate card. all images are clipart, and the front is finished with santa on his sleigh being pulled by 3 gold raindeer,
there are snow covered christmas trees on the back step, houses on the second step, and you stick the acetate to the 1st step, and also to the back of the card, We decorated the acetate with peel-off corners and boarders and tiny glitter stars, we hid the glue on the 1st step and the back step, with our greetings, and added a small insert to the back step with the message.
Hi Yvonne, can't believe you have the cards up already. They are fab. I had a great morning and hope to finish them off tomorrow as I plan on an early night. I'd say you could do with one yourself after all the work you put into the cards and lovely lunch. Many thanks. Looking forward to the next one, Aiveen
ReplyDeleteHi Aiveen, many thanks for my gypsy cover, I didn't even see you leave it, the encased card took so long to compleat, it should of been a class in it's self, hope you get the last bit of decoupage finished today, talk soon love Yvonne
