Vintage Shabby Chic Cards, in pretty pastel shades, with beautiful lace, ribbons and handmade flowers, 

All 4 classes will be different.

Saturday 11th of June (6 places remaining)

Saturday 25th of June (6 places remaining)

We will make 5 beautiful cards at each class
Everything needed supplied to make the kits, but you will need to bring your own glues, double sided tapes, foam tape, and hi-tac tape.

Tea/Coffee and homemade scones on arrival
Home cooked lunch at 1.00 till 2.15
Dessert at 4.00 with tea/coffee

with torn paper detail, and beautiful ribbon and rose detail.

Teddy bears picnic card

This card was all about creating a friendship circle

there's a teabag in the envelope. and a lovely little jointed teddy bear

 to act as the rest for the easel.

with little silver teaspoons on the handle and roses on the spout.

with a tiny decoupaged tea set on the floor

this is the verse inside the card.

she is such a talented lady.

It was lovely to meet all the new ladies, and catch up with all my old crafty friends

thanks for your wonderful company, fun and craic.

I am taking a little break for a month, as I really haven't been feeling well, and need to take some me time.

I want to say a huge big thank you

to my wonderful friend Roberta

I simply couldn't do my workshops without her.

she is an absolute star

and I love her to bits.

thanks to everyone who helped me over the weekend

I have brought home loads of prizes, so will add a list of names to facebook, when I get a chance.

We raised a fabulous sum of €395.00 for my Chosen Charity

The Five Loaves in Bray.

Just back from a lovely craft break at the 

Westport Costal Hotel in County Mayo

with my lovely friend Mabel.

I met some lovely ladies, so want to give a shout out to them

A Few of this weeks cards

Stepper Card

With a handmade bird fountain and little bird

in peach and cream

Elegant Birthday card for lady

Tri-fold Confirmation card

this one would suit boy or girl, and has a pocket inside for money.

Vintage travel card for Gents birthday

Communion Side opening C5 landscape card.

6cm to the left have be stuck flat, to give a 15cm Sq card for insert.

it has a beautiful rosary beads on the lace panel.

A few more cars to share today

This one is a C5

I have use 3 toning blue backgrounds, which are matted and layered on to kraft card.

Added a wide lace band, with a hessian and 

lace trim down the side,

over-layed 2 of the matted layers. and add a greeting.

I used a selection of die cut leaves and swirls down the side

and a selection of loop and tail bows 

and finished with a rose in the centre

C5 Shabby Chic card

This one has torn layers with torn rolled detail

I added a pretty scrap of lace under the rolled detail

and a selection of tiny paper roses

a selection of die-cut leaves and finished with some ribbon loop and tails

and two 4 loop bows.

8 by 8 inch white scalloped card

This card has 2 embossed panels, 

which were cut together in a wavy edge

so that the card has two contrasting designs

I have added a plaited ribbon trim across the wavy join.

And I added a handmade shabby chic flower to some die-cut leaves and swirls. and finished with a rose bud spray, 

and a larger rose in the center
