Baby'f 1st Christmas card

Box aperture card
Main card when
scored is 13½ cm by 21cm ( I trim a C5 card to create this size card)
The top panel is
17½ cm by 21cm
And the aperture
was cut on the inside of the large oval template from X Cut
It was scored on
the 1st and 2nd line of the lid side of the crafters companion
board on both sides.
The music sheet
and angel were stuck to a 13½ cm by 21cm panel.
The aperture panel
is then attacked to a 13½ cm by 21cm panel to create the box
Which is then
stuck to the main card.
I make this card
this size, so that it fits a box made from A4 card.
Box measurements
Cut an SA4 sheet
of card 21cm by 28 ½ cm
Score on the 2nd
line of the base and lid on a crafters companion board.

Christmas tags and toppers
Hi Everyone
Thanks for stopping by
It's a truly miserable day here in Kilcoole, Raining cats and dogs.
I never get time to play with my craft stuff,
as I am always so busy.
So this morning I took an hour off, and sat and played with the stuff left on the table from last night.
(we had our monthly card making fun evening)
At the fun evening, I pick a theme,
(Christmas Tags and toppers) this month.
Then make a goody bag, and fill the table with all sorts of lovely things. The ladies then get to play.
Anne Rowe normally wins the biggest number of finished projects, and last night made 10 tags and 2 cards.
Here's the ones I made this morning
(as I helps everyone with bows and designs last night)
With out the hanging loop, these would make great toppers.

Dragons Lair November DT Card
Morning everyone thanks for stopping by
Dragons Lair November DT Card
Theme this month is Autumn
I have Chosen 2 Backgrounds from the Vintage Christmas Papers HERE
and the flowers can be found HERE
I kept this one very simple
By matting and layering the backgrounds and over laying the layers
I used some pretty silk Autumn leaves and a lovely Autumn quote

Craft for the Craic November Challenge.
Hello Everyone
thanks for stopping by.
Craft for the Craic
November Challenge.
The Theme this month is a birthday.
I've gone for a Paris Fashion theme
Handmade Miniature Paper dress,
Images and backgrounds were found on pinterest,
I designed this little dress for a class last year, it has a double bodice
which I embossed and added the little gems and flowers to.
a stretch crepe paper underskirt was stitched to gather it. and the Lace over-skirt was also stitched to gather it. these two layers are stuck between the double bodice.
I added a lace finish to the side of the card and over
the greeting.
some pretty little ribbon flowers, a sparkly gems flourish.
and a tiny Eiffel Tower charm.
Because the dress is quiet weighty, I had to line the insert with a black background, and also mat and layer the back of card, so added the lovely Marilyn Munroe Quote.
