Where did the sun go?
Every time we plan a day with the family the weather changes.
but it didn't stop us having a great night.
Having the day off today, as I drank a bit to much Wine.
Worked very hard all week on the kits for Kilkenny, only 2 left to go, and Yes I did change the last one, I just wasn't happy that all the pieces were cut on the cricut, so you wouldn't of been able to repeat it at home if you didn't own a cricut, Clare had a sneak peak and loves the new card design, so I am feeling a bit happier, just need to finish the last 2 kits, only 12 days to go, don't forget to check the WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING LIST.
on my workshop page.
If you need any help or directions please email.

Have to share this with you
Miriam from the Club brought some magazines to our fun evening to show everyone,
I couldn't get a copy, so she left it with me to look through, only to fine you can buy it on line, it cost £1.95 and you get to view the magazine on-line and print out the sheets you want for 60 days
this is the link HERE
It's called Making Cards. it's not a new magazine it's been around for a few years but I have never seen it for sale here.
I  just bought Making Cards for Men
and the sheets print out beautifully, brilliant quality,
let me know what you think.
Free on-line addition to view HERE

Got this reply for the magazine, so if you don't have a printer you can still get a copy directly from the company.

Hi Yvonne
… and thank you for your enthusiastic praise of our magazine.
I just want to say that last week we discovered a few boxes of the printed version of making Cards for Men in our warehouse – we thought it was sold out!
So if you would like a copy and are quick, you can order that on our website – you can also order duplicates of the craft paper section within.
With kind regards

Hi everyone I am trying to put a list of Irish craft blogs together on my Blog, to share information about crafting in Ireland and an easy way to find out about Clubs, groups, classes, workshops and craft shopping in Ireland, and wonder would you like to do a link swap with me,
Just email me HERE your blog address and if you would like a mention give me a brief description about yourself and your hobby,
Many Thanks

Yvonne

I have added a few items you need to bring to my Kilkenny workshop,
so if your coming please take a look, I will have some spares you can borrow at the work station areas, but it really helps the classes to run more smoothly, if everyone has there own,
just finished packing kit 2, so starting kit 3 this afternoon,
if anyone wants a spare set of kits, please let me know
by the 31st of July, really looking forward to this workshop, and meeting up with you all again.

Everyone in the group had exactly the same items to make a card with, 2 A4 sheets of pink card
1 A4 sheet of pink rose decoupage
1 C5 insert
1 x A4 sheet of printed background paper
A4 sheet of silver card
I let the girls have a free hand with my die-cutting machines nesties and embossing folders, and everyone came up with a totally different card.
Clare and Grainne spent the night die-cutting and embossing,
I will have another fun evening next month and Clare Honan is bringing the kit, cost €3.00, not everyone in the group wants to make the kits so this is the fairest way, anyone who makes the kits for the evening will get €3.00 per kit,

Marion Kilbride asked me to pass on that,
Argos have a glue gun at a special price of €4.99 with 10 sticks of glue, (normally €12.99) fantastic value, but don't leave them on for to long or the glue will over heat and cook, causing the glue to discolour, and the smell will give you a headache. well worth investing in one, as they are fantastic for sticking embellishments instantly.
Check it out HERE
I bought the last 2 in Dundrum, there a large glue gun, and fantastic value at €4.99 because the pack of glue would of cost €2.99 on it's own, you need to check the store locater as there are very few left,
