This month we are having 2 night 

as the group has grown to big for 1 night.

We are making a fancy ribbon hat similar to picture below 

or you can choose to do Gents cards

February Workshop

Saturday 27th of February

in Kilcoole

Its a small workshop for 8 people

(This class is now full.)

Theme Ribbon and bows techniques 

We will be making 4 cards, and I will be teaching you how to make bows and flowers and add some new ribbon techniques

to finish cards beautifully.

stopping half way for a home cooked lunch

tea/coffee and homemade scones on arrival  

and dessert about 4 o clock.

Had a craft Room tidy up today

and decided I would use up some printed backgrounds and images

of my Mum's in Australia

who celebrates her official 21st birthday

on the 29th of February

but is 84 years old this year.

January Fun Night Cards

Here are the cards I made at lasts nights fun night, the theme this month was Scrap Bag Cards, 

Everyone got a bag of 5 cards and envelopes with a selection of images, backgrounds, gold and silver card, and toning matting layers. From my scrap stash, it was a great way to use up all the little pieces we end up with at the end of the day. 

I filled the center of the tables with Ribbon, Lace, Bows, Die-cut flowers/leaves and swirls, Gems, Doilies, and sentiments.

Great night, with everyone enjoying been creative, 

and sharing some inspiration.

I've a very narrow hallway,

so this year went for a Natural, Gold and cream colour scheme 

And traditional Red Green and gold in the sitting room

I've a bit more to do, but nearly there,

there a nice bottle of white wine with my name on it 

for the X Factor and I'm a Celebrity final. 

need a few hours to recover I'm exhausted.
